Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Center QA/QC Manager in Jakarta to oversee quality assurance across mission-critical data center projects. You will ensure design, construction, testing, and commissioning meet project specs and client requirements.

You will develop QMPs, lead QA/QC across phases, review ITPs and documents, manage NCRs and close-outs, and coordinate with contractors and vendors to drive continuous improvement and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in QA/QC or construction quality within mission-critical or large-scale infrastructure.
• Strong data center infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with inspections, audits, testing, and commissioning documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Management Plans (QMPs) for data center projects.
• Lead QA/QC processes across design, construction, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality reviews to verify compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Review and validate ITPs, method statements, commissioning procedures, and quality documentation.
• Manage punch lists, defects, NCRs, corrective actions, and close-out activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and commissioning teams to drive quality performance and issue resolution.
• Monitor construction quality for electrical, mechanical, controls, and life safety systems.
• Support FAT, SAT, and IST activities.
• Track quality metrics, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure comprehensive turnover documentation and support operational readiness.
