Job summary

FIT HUB, a Jakarta-based health and wellness startup, seeks a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end project management and a large MEP-focused maintenance team across all FIT HUB Club locations in Indonesia.

You will oversee design-to-construction processes, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate consultants and contractors, and ensure performance of critical systems. Strong leadership and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in renovations with multiple contractors.
• Experience with FnB, convenience stores, prop tech/coliving startups, gym projects.
• Strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills at executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control project flow, time, supplies, and personnel to meet plan.
• Manage budget, schedule, reporting, progress assessment, and execution plan.
• Plan overall project management: interior designs, timelines, task priorities, team duties.
• Coordinate external resources: consultants, contractors, suppliers, vendors.
• Oversee repair and installation activities, prioritizing critical maintenance.
• Monitor mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems for functionality.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and analyses to drive decisions.
