Artelia Indonesia is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support a confidential Data Center Construction Project in Indonesia. You will develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, coordinating with PM, client, design consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong Primavera P6 proficiency, extensive scheduling experience on large-scale construction projects, and solid knowledge of CPM, risk, and progress reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years in project planning or controls in construction.
  • 3+ years as Scheduler/Planning Engineer on large projects.
  • Experience in Data Center, industrial or large commercial construction.
  • Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency.
  • Strong scheduling, EV concepts, and project controls knowledge.
  • Experience with PMC/EPC/Construction environments.
  • Fluent English; strong communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules from initiation to completion.
  • Establish WBS, milestones, and critical path activities.
  • Coordinate with teams to integrate construction, procurement, engineering activities into master schedule.
  • Monitor progress against baselines; update and forecast schedule performance.
  • Perform CP, float, trend analyses and delay analysis.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly schedule reports and dashboards.
  • Provide risk assessments and recovery/acceleration strategies.

About the Job:

Artelia is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Scheduler to support the successful delivery of a confidential Data Center Construction Project in Indonesia.

This position plays a critical role in developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely project delivery. The Scheduler will work closely with the Project Manager, Client, Design Consultants, Contractors, and Project Stakeholders to provide accurate planning, progress monitoring, forecasting, and schedule analysis throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project planning and controls, extensive experience using Primavera P6, and the ability to manage complex project schedules in a fast-paced construction environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Project Planning & Scheduling
  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules from project initiation through completion.
  • Establish Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project milestones, and critical path activities.
  • Ensure schedules accurately reflect project scope, sequencing, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with project teams to incorporate construction, procurement, engineering, and commissioning activities into the master schedule.
  • Ensure schedule compliance with project objectives, contractual requirements, and client expectations.
Schedule Monitoring & Progress Tracking
  • Monitor project progress against approved baseline schedules.
  • Collect, validate, and update progress information from Contractors and project stakeholders.
  • Identify schedule deviations, delays, and potential risks affecting project completion.
  • Analyze critical and near-critical activities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Track and report schedule performance indicators throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Controls & Schedule Analysis
  • Perform schedule analysis, including critical path analysis, float analysis, and trend assessments.
  • Conduct delay analysis and evaluate schedule impacts arising from project changes, variations, and unforeseen events.
  • Support the development of recovery plans and acceleration strategies when required.
  • Provide forecasting and scenario analysis to support project decision-making.
  • Ensure consistency between schedule data, project reporting, and project control systems.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, and Client representatives.
  • Facilitate planning and scheduling meetings with project stakeholders.
  • Review contractor schedules and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure alignment between project scheduling, construction sequencing, and project execution strategies.
  • Communicate schedule concerns and recommendations in a timely manner.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports for project management and client review.
  • Develop schedule dashboards, progress curves, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Present schedule updates, risks, and mitigation measures to project stakeholders.
  • Maintain schedule records, revisions, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports and project progress presentations.
Risk Management
  • Identify schedule-related risks and opportunities.
  • Support project risk assessments and mitigation planning activities.
  • Monitor effectiveness of schedule recovery and mitigation measures.
  • Escalate significant scheduling concerns to project management for resolution.
Continuous Improvement
  • Promote best practices in project planning and scheduling.
  • Support the implementation of project controls procedures and standards.
  • Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with established planning and scheduling methodologies.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls within construction projects.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Scheduler, Planning Engineer, or Project Controls role on large-scale construction projects.
  • Proven experience in Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Infrastructure, or Large Commercial Construction Projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling methodologies, critical path analysis, earned value concepts, and project controls principles.
  • Experience reviewing contractor schedules, progress reporting, and recovery plans.
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, engineering, procurement, commissioning, and handover processes.
  • Familiarity with delay analysis techniques and schedule risk assessment.
  • Experience working within Engineering Consultancy, PMC, EPC, or Construction environments.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
