Job summary

Haskoning seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive government relations and stakeholder engagement across Indonesia. You will lead strategic collaborations with agencies, SOEs, and industry partners to support infrastructure projects and business growth.

Based in South Jakarta, you will coordinate with local and international teams, monitor regulatory developments, and ensure engagements align with policy and company standards. Occasional travel within Indonesia is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Law, or related field.
10+ years in project management, government relations, or stakeholder engagement.
Strong Indonesian government network and regulatory understanding.
Experience with infrastructure, engineering, or consulting projects preferred.
Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and industry stakeholders.
Support project development, opportunities, and partnerships.
Monitor policy and regulatory developments affecting infrastructure projects.
Advise project teams on stakeholder engagement and government processes.
Represent Haskoning in meetings, forums and events.
Prepare executive briefings and stakeholder communications.
Ensure engagements comply with company policies.
