Job summary

Haskoning seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive government relations and stakeholder engagement across Indonesia. You will lead strategic collaborations with agencies, SOEs, and industry partners to support infrastructure projects and business growth.

Based in South Jakarta, you will coordinate with local and international teams, monitor regulatory developments, and ensure engagements align with policy and company standards. Occasional travel within Indonesia is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Law, or related field.
• 10+ years in project management, government relations, or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong Indonesian government network and regulatory understanding.
• Experience with infrastructure, engineering, or consulting projects preferred.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Where you will work

You’ll be based at our South Jakarta office, collaborating with local and international teams. Occasional travel within Indonesia may be required.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Law, International Relations, Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, government relations, public affairs or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong network and understanding of Indonesian government institutions and regulatory processes.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, engineering or consulting projects is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver business outcomes.
