Haskoning is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Maritime to lead complex projects from planning through completion, guiding multidisciplinary teams and ensuring delivery on quality, schedule and budget. This role emphasizes building strong client relationships with government agencies, port authorities and private sector clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Coastal, Marine, Structural, Geotechnical, Naval Architecture or related Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage).
• 10+ years of experience delivering complex maritime infrastructure or engineering consultancy projects.
• Strong project management experience covering planning, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working with government clients, port authorities or major infrastructure owners.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Professional English is required; Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex maritime engineering and consultancy projects from initiation to close-out.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks and resources.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and technical specialists.
• Build trusted relationships with government agencies, port authorities and private sector clients.
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety and commercial performance.
• Support proposal development and identify new business opportunities.
• Promote digital innovation and continuous improvement across project delivery.
