Saipem Indonesia, a global engineering and construction leader, seeks an experienced Cost Controller to manage CBS, budgeting, and cost reporting for EPC projects in Jakarta. You will work with Project Control, Procurement, and Finance to ensure accurate cost data and timely dashboards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10–15 years in project cost control, with SAP and Excel proficiency. You will promote cost discipline and provide actionable insights to safeguard project profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10–15 years in project cost control or a similar role.
• Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, or construction industries.
• Strong knowledge of CBS, budgeting, cost allocation, monitoring.
• Experience with SAP for cost monitoring and reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Define the Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), cost control systems, and related processes to monitor cost trends and support the Project Manager within budget.
• Review procurement and accounting systems to ensure proper CBS application and cost traceability.
• Prepare timely EAC analyses to forecast final project costs and identify budget deviations.
• Consolidate Project Cost Control Reports per procedures and reporting calendar.
• Promote cost and cash awareness within the project team and drive cost-conscious decisions.
• Coordinate invoicing procedures with the Project Control Manager and ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor actual, committed, and forecast costs to identify variances and financial risks.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Procurement, Accounting, and Finance for accurate cost data and reporting.
• Ensure proper cost allocation and consistency across budgets and records.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost control processes and forecasting accuracy.
