Job summary

Saipem Indonesia is seeking a Senior Project Planner with 10–15 years in project planning, scheduling, and controls to lead planning for EPCI offshore projects. You will develop baseline schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

The role requires Primavera P6 expertise, Excel proficiency, and strong communication to manage interfaces with engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, ensuring on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in project planning, scheduling or controls.
• Experience in EPCI projects in Oil & Gas, offshore, or energy.
• Strong knowledge of baseline scheduling, progress measurement, and schedule control.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 for planning and analysis.
• Familiar with invoicing support processes and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify project objectives and develop planning strategies to ensure execution of Scope of Work per requirements, obligations, and schedules.
• Prepare Start-Up Action Plan, define WBS/CBS, draft procedures, and assemble project document list.
• Define and establish the project cut-off date calendar for progress measurement and reporting.
• Develop and maintain Project Baseline Schedule aligned with scope, milestones and strategy.
• Calculate and monitor physical progress per project phase using credit rules.
• Assign resources to the project team per planning criteria and execution needs.
• Monitor status, update progress, identify schedule deviations, and manage changes to Baseline Schedule.
• Perform KPI analysis, schedule forecasting, and trend simulations for forecasts.
• Support invoicing packages with progress data and related documents.
• Review bid and contract docs to validate SOW, requirements, deliverables, and interfaces.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and engineering/procurement/construction/commissioning teams for alignment.
• Prepare periodic planning and scheduling reports highlighting risks, delays and mitigations.
