Job summary

PT Arianto Darmawan, based in Jakarta, seeks a Sales Manager to drive growth in project-based industrial equipment sales. You will develop sales strategies, manage key accounts through complex tender processes, and lead multi-month project cycles from opportunity identification to delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and 10–15 years in B2B technical sales (5 in a supervisory role). Travel within Indonesia is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years in B2B technical project-based sales, with at least 5 years in a Sales Supervisor/Manager role.
• Willing to travel within Indonesia for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand revenue in industrial machinery.
• Lead key accounts through complex tender processes from identification to delivery.
• Manage multi-month project cycles with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide technical consultation and solution design for client requirements.
• Prepare proposals and quotations with accurate specifications and pricing.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and service teams for seamless project execution.
• Provide sales forecasts, pipeline reports and performance analysis to management.
• Support the sales team to achieve targets.
