Job summary

Mastercard Indonesia is seeking a Managing Consultant to join Deploy and lead complex programs, delivering execution support and value realization for major client initiatives.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, establish governance, and coordinate multiple workstreams to achieve measurable business outcomes, while actively engaging senior stakeholders and guiding proposal development.

Qualifications

• Experience in project and change management methodologies.
• Exposure to financial institutions, payments, or consultancies.
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate in English and the local office language.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Own governance, planning, and delivery tracking across complex initiatives.
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders, manage escalations, and ensure timely decision-making.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and program outcomes.
• Ensure delivery translates into measurable value realization and sustainable business impact.
