Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant for Deploy, a client-facing role that applies proven program management, change management, and domain expertise to partner with clients and drive measurable value.

You will lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams, govern execution planning, manage senior stakeholding, mitigate risks, and ensure that delivery translates into real business impact and value realization.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management methodologies.
• 2-3 years of Project Management experience.
• Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies.
• Relevant teamwork and client or internal stakeholder management experience.
• Logical, structured thinking.
• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable).
• Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs.
• Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment to strategic client objectives
• Own governance, execution planning, and delivery tracking across complex initiatives
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders, manage escalations, and ensure timely decision-making
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and program outcomes
• Ensure delivery translates into measurable value realization and sustainable business impact
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities to expand engagements and support proposal development
