Job summary

Mastercard Deploy is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead client engagements and drive value across large-scale transformation programs in the payments ecosystem. This role emphasizes program management, change capabilities, and domain expertise to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role involves guiding teams, coaching junior staff, and collaborating with Mastercard leadership to deploy solutions and accelerate value realization for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management methodologies and techniques.
• 2–3 years of Project Management experience (for Deploy role) in a client-facing environment.
• Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies.
• Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple projects and/or engagements with third parties.
• Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and workstreams for large enterprise programs across industries and cultures.
• Promote accredited project and change management methodologies to drive value from initiation to benefits realization.
• Mitigate risks, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure quality.
• Identify new business opportunities and communicate to executives to pursue, including proposals.
• Mentor junior team members and manage internal stakeholders to maximize outcomes.
