Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management methodologies and techniques.
• 2-3 years of Project Management experience.
• Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies.
• Relevant teamwork and client or internal stakeholder management experience.
• Logical, structured thinking.
• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language.
• Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, travel visas as required by travel needs.
• Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis.

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment to strategic client objectives.
• Own governance, execution planning, and delivery tracking across complex initiatives.
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders, manage escalations, and ensure timely decision-making.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and program outcomes.
• Ensure delivery translates into measurable value realization and sustainable business impact.
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities to expand engagements and support proposal development.
