Job summary

OSI Systems, Inc. is seeking a warehouse leader to manage day-to-day receiving and shipping activities. You will train operators, verify pallet counts, and maintain housekeeping in the receiving area while reporting discrepancies to the supervisor.

You will support urgent production needs and uphold the company values of integrity, innovation, accountability, and teamwork throughout daily operations.

Qualifications

• Min. high school education with leadership experience.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to train operators.
• Experience in receiving/shipping and warehouse activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of the receiving/shipping team.
• Conduct training for operators on required skills.
• Ensure correct pallet counts from forwarder and proper housekeeping in receiving area.
• Report discrepancies to Supervisor and assist with urgent parts for production.

Responsibilities

• To lead the day to day activities of the receiving/shipping team
• Conduct training for operator on the skill required
• Ensure material correct number of pallet received from forwarder
• Ensure that proper housekeeping are being performed on the receiving area
• Report any discrepancy to Supervisor.
• Assist Supervisor to handle urgent parts required by production
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct

Qualifications

• Min. Senior High School
• Proven experience as Leader
• Know MRP system, especially Navision is preferred
• Knowledge on PCB/PCBA assembly process, experience in warehouse activity is preferred
