Job summary

OSI Electronics in Indonesia is seeking an experienced production supervisor to oversee PCBA manufacturing operations. You will manage materials, equipment and personnel to meet quality and delivery targets while adhering to ISO standards.

The role requires a D3/S1 in Industrial or Electronic Engineering, 3+ years in PCBA electronics, English proficiency, and leadership of large teams. Proficiency with MRP systems and MS Office is expected to ensure efficient production processes.

Qualifications

• D3 or S1 in Industrial/Electronic Engineering.
• At least 3 years in PCBA Electronics manufacturing.
• Knowledge and hands-on MRP system.
• Able to lead >50 subordinates.
• Familiar with ISO Standard 9001, 14001 & 45001.
• Proficient in English.
• To be able to establish and control the process work flow.
• To be able to manage and control the Operators and equipment.
• Problem Solving - Skill.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective use of materials, equipment and personnel while making products at highquality level.
• Support and assist manager within the operating budget.
• To monitor and manage daily production floor activities.
• Responsible in meeting the customer schedule delivery date base on plan.
• To provide training to Operators.
• Ensure that all the production schedules are met at a specified given time.
• Ensure that quality and productivity are always implemented on the manufacturing floor.
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
