Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• At least 10 years of project management experience.
• Understanding of life insurance industry metrics.
• Expert-level knowledge of project and change management methodologies.
• Strong budgeting, cost and profitability management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-chapter coordination to resolve obstacles impacting product delivery.
• Accountable for delivery performance across multiple projects.
• Escalation point for risks, governance issues, and senior leadership decisions.
• Maintain calmness, stability, and team confidence during critical moments.
• Ensure timely, aligned, and transparent communication to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and launch standards.
• Drive development of multi-year product calendars and planning cycles.
• Maintain capacity and budget planning for Day1 projects.
