Job summary

SIGMATECH is seeking a Product Owner for a banking domain project in Alam Sutra, Tangerang. The role is full onsite with immediate joining.

You will translate business requirements into technical specs, collaborate with developers and QA, and lead agile ceremonies to deliver value in a complex financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, business, finance, or related field.
• 4–5 years as Product Owner, preferably in Banking/Financial Services.
• Experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner in banking/FS.
• 4+ years in Agile software development environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and product lifecycles.
• Knowledge of DoD, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews.
• Automated testing practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements.
• Experience collaborating with developers, QA, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in banking or financial services is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working in Agile Software Development environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and product development lifecycles.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including:
• Definition of Done (DoD)
• User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Product Backlog Management and Backlog Refinement
• Sprint Planning and Sprint Reviews
• Automated Testing practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical requirements for development teams.
• Experience collaborating with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling digital banking products.
• Professional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) would be an advantage.
