Job summary
PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH) in Tangerang is seeking a Product Owner for an on-site role in the banking sector. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS/Business/Finance and 2-5 years of P.O. experience in banking, with strong Agile knowledge and Scrum experience; CSPO/PSPO certifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner in Banking/Financial Services
- 2-5 years of experience in Agile Software Development environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and product lifecycles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Manage product backlog and conduct backlog refinement
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria
- Conduct sprint planning and sprint reviews
- Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements for development teams
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC
- Apply Scrum techniques and artifacts including DoD and automated testing practices
