Job summary

Grab is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Transaction Platform Infrastructure space in Malaysia. You will define the product strategy and roadmap, building scalable platform solutions for Businesses, Consumers, and Driver partners with Engineering, Analytics, Design, Data Science and Operations.

You will leverage data to inform decisions, measure impact, and drive KPIs that reflect reliability and transaction quality. This role is on-site at Grab Malaysia Office (First Avenue).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with platform or transaction focus.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights to improve reliability and outcomes.
• Clear communication of complex concepts to diverse teams.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end programs.
• Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders toward shared goals.
• Familiarity with AI-native practices and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Transaction Platform Infrastructure product strategy and roadmap.
• Improve platform reliability and operational excellence across cart, order, checkout, and cross-vertical workflows.
• Partner with Engineering, Analytics, Design, Data Science, and Operations to run experiments and scale platform capabilities.
• Use data to inform decisions, evaluate performance, and communicate impact to leadership.
• Set and manage success metrics and KPIs aligned with goals and platform adoption.
• Build reusable platform solutions that unblock multiple verticals and markets.
