Job summary

Grab seeks a Lead Product Manager for Transaction Platform Infrastructure to drive scalable, reliable platform solutions for businesses, consumers, and driver partners. You will work with cross‑functional teams across data science, analytics, design, and operations to shape the product roadmap and optimize cross‑vertical workflows.

You will lead experiments, measure impact with KPIs, and build reusable platform components to unlock multiple markets and verticals.

• Experience defining product strategy for platform infrastructure.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, analytics, design, data science and operations.
• Proven track record of setting and measuring success metrics (KPIs).

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Transaction Platform Infrastructure product strategy and roadmap.
• Improve platform reliability and operational excellence across core flows (cart, order, checkout).
• Partner with E, Analytics, Design, Data Science, and Operations to run experiments and scale capabilities.
• Collaborate with multiple product teams to develop scalable solutions across products and markets.
• Leverage data to inform decisions, evaluate performance, and communicate impact to leadership.
• Set and manage KPI targets aligned with organizational goals and platform adoption.

Join our Transaction Platform team — a dynamic group at the core of a critical division focused on ensuring seamless transaction processing across key verticals like Mobility, Food, and Mart. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams spanning Data Science, Analytics, Design, and Operations, in an environment that values both innovation and teamwork.

As a Lead Product Manager for the Transaction Platform Infrastructure space, you'll be at the forefront of building scalable and reliable platform solutions that enables Businesses, Consumers, and Driver partners.

You will work onsite in Grab Malaysia Office (First Avenue).

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Define and drive the Transaction Platform Infrastructure product strategy and roadmap.
• Improve platform reliability and operational excellence across cart, order, checkout, and cross-vertical workflows.
• Partner with Engineering, Analytics, Design, Data Science, and Operations to run experiments, scale proven platform capabilities, and work with multiple product teams to develop scalable solutions for shared challenges across products and markets.
• Leverage data to inform decisions, evaluate product performance, and clearly communicate impact to leadership.
• Set and manage success metrics and KPIs that align with organizational goals and reflect platform adoption, reliability, efficiency, and transaction experience quality.
• Build reusable platform solutions that unblock multiple verticals and markets.
