Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Product Management in fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record delivering 2–3 full product cycles.
• Deep understanding of cash loan products, lending flows, and risk management.
• Able to engage with developers and system architects.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Shape product vision with end-to-end journeys and backend flows.
• Identify opportunities balancing user needs with tech feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, risk, data, compliance.
• Own features end-to-end from documentation to UAT to post-launch tracking.
