Kredifazz's Product team leads end-to-end product vision from idea to launch to scale, working with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

Lead Product Manager candidates will mentor a team of Product Managers, define the strategy and roadmap, and ensure data-informed decisions, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration drive every release.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in product development and leadership.
• Experience mentoring or managing other Product Managers.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decisions.

Responsabilités

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead a team of Product Managers across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with Business, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Engineering to align roadmaps.
• Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to testing and metrics.
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies based on data and outcomes.
• Incorporate user research and stakeholder feedback into product decisions.
