Job summary

Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead roadmaps for KantorKu HRIS and Dealls ATS. You will drive end-to-end strategy, collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams, and define measurable outcomes to improve adoption and retention.

You will mentor junior PMs, collaborate with leadership, and balance user experience with technical and business constraints to shape Indonesia’s leading HR tech platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, HR tech, or B2B platforms.
• Proven track record owning large, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept to launch.
• Deep understanding of product discovery, prioritization frameworks, and agile execution.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with data- and intuition-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong product sense balancing user experience, constraints, and business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for one or more major product lines.
• Translate company objectives into clear, outcome-driven product initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data to deliver high-impact features.
• Set and monitor success metrics (adoption, activation, retention, NPS, ARR contribution).
• Drive structured decision-making—from discovery to post-launch iteration.
• Mentor associate PMs and guide squads in building scalable, customer-centric systems.
• Partner directly with leadership to align product direction with business strategy and market trends.
