Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Product Management or a closely related product role.
• Experience leading or managing a product team is highly preferred.
• Experience handling B2B, B2C, and/or B2G products.
• Strong data analytics and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product initiatives to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in EdTech and/or HealthTech is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and discovery to execution and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer needs and business objectives into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
• Leverage data and market insights to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and measure product performance.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, business, design, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage and align stakeholders across B2B, B2C, and/or B2G product environments.
• Lead and mentor product team members, where applicable.
• Drive product innovation and improvements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
