Job summary

INDICO, Telkomsel Group's digital company, seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead product teams across Education and Health sectors. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and collaborate with Business, Design, and Engineering to deliver outcomes that drive ROI.

The role requires 4-7 years in product management, leading products or teams at scale, and a strong data-driven approach across B2C, B2B, or B2G. You will influence stakeholders and integrate with Telkomsel ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of Product Management experience, including leadership of products or teams at a Lead/Senior PM level in a unicorn or similarly scaled technology company.
• Proven track record of building, improving, and scaling products across B2C, B2B, or B2G environments.
• Strong data and analytics capabilities, with ability to define, monitor, and analyze metrics across product lines.
• Proven success delivering measurable product and business outcomes in a similar context.
• Strong product judgment balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Experience working with Engineering, Product Design, and Business/Commercial teams.
• Experience with experimentation, product performance, and ROI.
• Experience integrating products with large enterprise ecosystems or Telco systems is a strong advantage.

• Experience with Telkomsel systems such as NBP or BID is a major advantage.
