Job summary

PT Telkomsel Ekosistem Digital seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead product teams across Education and Health sectors. You will own the product vision and roadmap, drive discovery to delivery, and collaborate with commercial teams to hit targets.

Strong data analytics, stakeholder management, and ROI focus are essential for success. Leading products across B2C/B2B contexts in a unicorn-scale environment will be expected, with emphasis on Telkomsel ecosystem integration and performance

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of Product Management experience, including leading products or product teams at Lead/Senior PM level in a unicorn or similarly scaled technology company.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead product development from problem discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Business/Commercial teams to deliver product and business targets.
• Define, implement, monitor, and analyze product and business metrics across multiple products and lines.
• Use data, analytics, and customer insights to identify opportunities, evaluate outcomes, and improve products.
• Own project delivery metrics, including on-time delivery and execution quality.
• Collaborate with Product Designers and Engineering teams to deliver products.
• Lead product integration with the Telkomsel ecosystem and systems.
• Ensure product initiatives deliver clear ROI.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product teams across the Education and Health sectors.

What you will do but not limited to:

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead product development from problem discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Business/Commercial teams to deliver product and business targets.
• Define, implement, monitor, and analyze product and business metrics relevant to different products and business lines.
• Use data, analytics, and customer insights to identify opportunities, evaluate outcomes, and improve products.
• Own project delivery metrics, including on-time delivery and execution quality.
• Work closely with Product Designers and Engineering teams to deliver products.
• Lead product integration with the Telkomsel ecosystem and systems.
• Ensure product initiatives deliver clear ROI.
• 4-7 years of Product Management experience, including experience leading products or product teams at a Lead/Senior PM level in a unicorn or similarly scaled technology company.
• Proven track record of building, improving, and scaling products across B2C, B2B, or B2G environments.
• Strong data and analytics capabilities, with the ability to define, implement, monitor, and analyze metrics across different product and business lines.
• Proven success delivering measurable product and business outcomes in a similar context.
• Strong product judgment and ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Product Design, and Business/Commercial teams.
• Strong understanding of experimentation, product performance, and ROI.
• Experience integrating products with large enterprise ecosystems or Telco systems is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Telkomsel systems such as NBP or BID is a major advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
