Job summary

INDICO by Telkomsel is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product teams across Education and Health sectors. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, guiding development from problem discovery to delivery while aligning with business targets.

You will collaborate with Business/Commercial, Design, and Engineering to define metrics, analyze data, and ensure ROI across Telkomsel ecosystems. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of Product Management experience at Lead/Senior PM level in a unicorn or similarly scaled tech company.
• Proven track record building, improving, and scaling products across B2C, B2B, or B2G environments.
• Strong data and analytics capabilities to define, monitor, and analyze metrics across product lines.
• Proven success delivering measurable product and business outcomes in similar contexts.
• Strong product judgment balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product Design, and Business/Commercial teams.
• Strong understanding of experimentation, product performance, and ROI.
• Experience integrating products with large enterprise ecosystems or Telco systems is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Telkomsel systems such as NBP or BID is a major advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead product development from problem discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Business/Commercial teams to deliver product and business targets.
• Define, implement, monitor, and analyze product and business metrics relevant to different products and business lines.
• Use data, analytics, and customer insights to identify opportunities, evaluate outcomes, and improve products.
• Own project delivery metrics, including on-time delivery and execution quality.
• Work closely with Product Designers and Engineering teams to deliver products.
• Lead product integration with the Telkomsel ecosystem and systems.
• Ensure product initiatives deliver clear ROI.
