Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Total experience of 6+ years, with at least 3 years in Product Management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, consumer behavior, and digital product development.
• Solid knowledge of product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog management, and feature prioritization.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret product performance metrics and user behavior.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and collaboration with technical and design teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with fraud risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market insights.
• Manage backlog, prioritize features, and define use cases with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to design user-friendly products addressing pain points.
• Analyze performance metrics and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee development, implementation, and UAT to meet requirements and timelines.
• Identify potential fraud risks and work with Fraud Analysts on preventive controls.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for timely delivery.
