Job summary

PT Sinergi Ayu Semesta is seeking a Product Development Specialist to drive cosmetics innovations from concept to launch. You will lead end-to-end development, perform market analysis, and validate formulations.

You will collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to select ingredients, test samples, and develop packaging concepts balancing performance, cost, and aesthetics. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development; beauty industry experience is a plus.
Understanding of end-to-end product development, including formulation, ingredients and packaging.
Strong analytical, creative, and innovative skills in market research and product development.
Excellent communication and public speaking skills; proficiency in Google Workspace and Canva.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer needs to guide formulations.
Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers and internal teams on formulation and packaging development.
Develop packaging concepts balancing functionality, quality, aesthetics, and cost.
Prepare launch materials, product knowledge and guidelines for cross-functional teams.
