You will advocate for data-first decisions and collaborate with engineers, marketing, and operations to translate strategy into actionable requirements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data analysis or product roles within startups, strong SQL and programming understanding, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as data analyst or product manager in a startup environment.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of software development.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong intuition for user behavior and analytical mindset.
• Self-starter with solid project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research landscape, customers, product metrics and trends to identify gaps.
• Generate ideas to grow market share, improve user experience and drive growth.
• Write product specs, evaluate pros/cons and conduct what-if analyses.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing and operations to scope and implement new features.
