Job summary

Kredivo Group in Jakarta is seeking a Senior Product Manager to form the strategy for our DS/MLE data science and machine learning services.

You will translate diverse stakeholder needs into a cohesive product roadmap, own delivery across cross-functional teams, and drive measurable business impact from data/ML capabilities.

Fluent English, 4+ years in product management, and a strong ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a product manager.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong intuition for stakeholder behavior and expectations.
• Understanding of how ML models are built, deployed, and monitored in production.
• Self-starter with leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set the product roadmap and strategy for DS/MLE services, aligned to internal stakeholders’ needs.
• Act as the interface between DS/MLE and consuming teams, translating problems into product requirements.
• Lead exploratory investigations into service performance and adoption, turning findings into prioritized initiatives.
• Collect and synthesize stakeholder feedback to shape requirements and prioritization.
• Own tracking of shipping reliable, on-time products with measurable business impact.
• Guide and coach product managers/analysts in delivering multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with DS/MLE engineering leadership on platform and infrastructure priorities affecting delivery.
