Job summary

Josephine Anni is seeking a Business Analyst / Operations specialist in Jakarta to analyze end-to-end processes from design to distribution, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements across design, sampling, production, QC, warehouse and distribution. You will develop workflows, SOPs and dashboards to enable scalable operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in business analysis or operations, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and supply chain operations.
• Proven ability in process analysis, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Lookups).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and enhance workflows, SOPs, and operational systems.
• Initiate and lead process improvement projects to reduce lead time and errors.
• Analyze data related to production, inventory, and vendor performance to generate insights.
• Build dashboards in Google Sheets to improve operational visibility.
• Identify gaps between current performance and targets; propose data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
• Document processes and drive standardisation across teams.
• Support and guide operational teams in adopting new systems and improved ways of working.
