Job summary

Flex is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Batam, Indonesia to support our teams building and delivering innovative products. You will manage regional supplier contracts and relationships, measure PPV, monitor supplier performance and drive margin improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years in finance, procurement, or supply chain design. Familiarity with OEM development and electronics markets is preferred, with strong data interpretation and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in finance, materials sourcing, commodity management or supply chain design/management.
• Understanding of cost accounting, electronic component markets, price trends and technologies.
• Background in electronics manufacturing and OEM product development process.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business publications and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional supplier contract negotiations and regional pricing agreements.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
• Measure and report Purchase Price Variance (PPV) and initiate action plans.
• Monitor supplier lead times and mitigate shortages.
• Analyze returns and optimize gross material margin.
• Coordinate quarterly/monthly PPV processes.
