Qualifications

• Must have experience in merchandising data handling.
• Experience with data entry and inventory management is preferred.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Input and update product data (SKU, colour, size, price, and barcode) in the system.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Receipts (GR), and other merchandising documents.
• Ensure inventory data in the system matches physical stock.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, sales, and product performance.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and Store teams on stock needs and deliveries.
• Follow up with suppliers on production schedules, delivery timelines, and documentation.
• Assist in allocating products to stores based on inventory and sales performance.
• Organise and maintain all merchandising documents.
• Support markdown activities, price updates, and product information updates when required.
• Perform other admin duties for Merchandising.
