Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Orthopedics units to develop concepts, products, and solutions.
• Manage customer relationships and perform RFP reviews and client visits.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to set goals and priorities.
• Research industry trends and analyze supplier, competitor, and customer tech usage.
• Support sales with technical expertise during client engagements.
• Encourage customers to upgrade and buy additional services.

Job Description:

• Develop concepts, products, and solutions by coordinating with Orthopedics business units.
• Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured products.
• Research and analyze improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.
• Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations.
• Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment.
• Develop concepts, products, and solutions by working with company business units.
• Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring meeting of goals.
• Manage customer relationships and perform RFP reviews, Customer Visits, and Product Testing.
• Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients
• Communicating with those developing products/services to gain in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers – and to let them knw on user behavior and/or any potential changes clients would like
• Assisting the sales team as technical support to sales and clients
• Conducting research into the industry – including competitor research
• Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades, etc.
