Job summary

PT Leyun Cloud Asia is seeking a Cybersecurity & Cloud Solution Engineer for our Indonesia branch to support technical sales activities and drive customer success. You will assist the sales team, understand client needs, and propose robust cybersecurity and cloud solutions.

The role requires 2–3 years in IT pre-sales or engineering, with a strong grasp of cloud and security technologies. AWS certifications are a plus and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as an Engineer or Pre-Sales in IT fields (Cloud, Server, DDoS Protection, WAF, CDN, Security Firewall).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and cloud technologies preferred.
• Proactive and eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with technical expertise during pre-sales.

• Respond to and troubleshoot technical issues for clients promptly.
• Provide technical consultations, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and cloud technologies is highly preferred.
• Proactive, eager to learn new technologies, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle technical issues efficiently.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Candidates with AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) will be preferred.
