Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Depok , West Java, is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead their Production Planning and Control (PPC) efforts. This role is crucial for optimizing production schedules, managing resources effectively, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. You will work closely with production, inventory, and logistics teams to create efficient and responsive production plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering principles, advanced planning systems, and a deep understanding of manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine production plans and schedules to meet demand forecasts and customer orders.
• Analyze production capacity, labor availability, and material constraints to optimize resource allocation.

• Monitor production progress against schedules, identifying and resolving deviations or potential delays proactively.
• Utilize production planning software and ERP systems to manage scheduling and track production status.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the planning and control processes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Analyze historical production data to improve forecasting accuracy and planning reliability.
• Coordinate with quality assurance to ensure production plans align with quality standards.
• Generate reports on production performance, schedule adherence, and resource utilization for management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or industrial engineering within a manufacturing setting.
