Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a Portfolio Senior Analyst to conduct data analytics across HCID products, deliver periodical and ad-hoc reports, and actively represent the Risk Department in cross-functional projects to support strategic decisions.

You will monitor portfolio performance and delinquency trends, perform segmentation, vintage and cohort analysis, support provisioning and IFRS 9 analysis, and develop dashboards with SQL-based reporting to enable timely, data-driven actions across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Information System, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in Risk Analytics, Portfolio Management, Credit Risk, or related areas.
• Experience within banking, consumer finance, multifinance, fintech, or lending industries is preferred.
• Solid analytical skills and SQL technical knowledge with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proactive, initiative, and high driven for best result.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, high demand and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency trends, and risk indicators.
• Conduct portfolio segmentation, vintage, and cohort analysis.
• Prepare portfolio forecasts, budgets, and scenario analysis.
• Support provisioning and IFRS 9 analysis.
• Validate data and assess portfolio impacts on ECL results.
• Support CRC, PQR, MBR, and executive reporting.
• Track and report key portfolio performance metrics.
• Develop portfolio dashboards and analytical reports.
• Perform SQL-based data analysis and reporting automation.
• Support new product, system, and process improvement projects.
