Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku, a leading SME digital finance platform, seeks a senior Credit Risk analytics professional in Jakarta. You will own portfolio analytics, from vintage performance to early-warning trends, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven risk management.

The role emphasizes governance, model validation collaboration, and delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics/Finance/Economics/Engineering/Analytics.
• 6-8 years of experience in credit risk analytics.
• Familiar with local regulations and data landscape in the ASEAN region.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables and building vintage/cohort analyses.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to work with large amounts of data; Python is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Analytics: analyze NPL/delinquency trends, vintage analysis, recovery and write-off performance, and concentration by borrower/industry/country.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: respond to ad hoc data requests, validate data with country teams, collaborate on risk models, liaise with collections on NPLs.
• Process & Governance: prepare monthly/quarterly risk packs and dashboards, maintain risk monitoring documentation, prepare materials for Board Risk Committee.
