Job summary

PT Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to perform data mining and analysis across the portfolio of HCID products, generating periodical and ad-hoc reports for the Risk Department. You will communicate insights to stakeholders and regulators, supporting strategic decisions with robust data.

You will collaborate with risk, finance, IT and other teams, participate in cross-functional projects, and help translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in data analytics or related fields.
• Fresh graduates from reputable universities are welcome to apply.
• Degree in IT, maths, CS or engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data mining and analysis from risk data sources to support portfolio management.
• Prepare periodical and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders and regulators.
• Liaise with risk, finance, IT and other teams for insights.
• Represent Risk in cross-functional projects with actionable recommendations.
