Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in planning/project controls for high-rise or large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Demonstrated expertise in budget management and cost control
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard software
