Job summary

PetroSea seeks a Project Planner/Scheduler in Timika, Indonesia to plan and implement the project schedule for development activities, ensuring the work breakdown structure, critical path, progress earned, and program completion align with client requirements.

You will develop, maintain, and monitor schedules using Primavera P6, coordinate with other units, and ensure the project schedule remains well defined and achievable while adhering to SHE standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Planner/Scheduler.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 for developing schedules and reports.
• Knowledge of project control and scheduling best practices.
• Ability to estimate project durations and develop policies.
• English fluency is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop procedure for design and construction project management scheduling, including coding, resources allocation equipment, manpower resources and material deliverables for construction schedules. Well defined and achievable Project Schedule
• Plan and organize work program; establish and monitor controls to evaluate unit performance; take appropriate action to correct performance and to adjust programs to meet requirements (P6 / MS Project Maintained). Well defined and achievable Project Schedule
• Analyse and interpret schedules prepared by outside consultants and contractors, merger them into a single composite master schedule, which is summarized, as required, for various levels of use. Well defined and achievable Project Schedule
• Establish and maintain effective means of coordinating unit plans and schedule with other organization units; report delays and problem promptly and take appropriate actions to maintain effective coordination of activities; ensure that unit activities do not conflict with organization goals. Well defined and achievable Project Schedule
• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained
• - Target Zero LTI
• - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
• Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control mechanism.
