Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a capable Planner/Scheduler with 2-3 years of experience to plan, develop, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6. You will integrate schedules from consultants into a master schedule, coordinate with multiple units, and ensure progress aligns with client requirements. • Min 2-3 years experience as Planner/Scheduler.
• Knowledge of Primavera Project Planner (P6) and related software for schedules and reports.
• Knowledge of best practices in project control and scheduling.
• Ability to design and calculate project duration.
• Ability to establish policies and procedures.
• Ability to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
• Ability to develop and maintain monitoring and control mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design/construction project management scheduling procedures.
• Plan and organize work program; monitor controls to evaluate unit performance and adjust as needed.
• Analyse schedules from outside consultants and merge into a master schedule.
• Coordinate unit plans and schedules across organization units; report delays.
• Maintain SHE programs and ensure ISO/SMK3/SMKP compliance and risk mitigation.

• Plan and Implement of Project Schedule Operational Development. Create, develop and control schedule of work activities for a Project which clearly shows the work breakdown structure, critical path activities, progress earned to date and programme to completion. Therefore the Project could be completed within the time as per planned and Client's requirement.

Develop procedure for design and construction project management scheduling, including coding, resources allocation equipment, manpower resources and material deliverables for construction schedules. Well defined and achievable Project Schedule

Plan and organize work program; establish and monitor controls to evaluate unit performance; take appropriate action to correct performance and to adjust programs to meet requirements (P6 / MS Project Maintained). Well defined and achievable Project Schedule

Analyse and interpret schedules prepared by outside consultants and contractors, merger them into a single composite master schedule, which is summarized, as required, for various levels of use. Well defined and achievable Project Schedule

Establish and maintain effective means of coordinating unit plans and schedule with other organization units; report delays and problem promptly and take appropriate actions to maintain effective coordination of activities; ensure that unit activities do not conflict with organization goals. Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained
