Job summary

Shopee Bangkok's People team is seeking an experienced professional to own end-to-end planning and execution of HR projects. You will independently manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment, including senior leadership, while building dashboards and insights that inform People strategy.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional collaboration with HRBPs, Recruitment, and People Ops, standardize processes, and mentor junior team members as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in HR/People Ops/PMO/consulting with project leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and align without heavy oversight.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of People/HR projects.
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and senior stakeholder alignment.
• Build dashboards, reports, and insights for People strategy.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with HRBPs, Recruitment, People Ops.
• Standardize and continuously improve People processes across functions.
