Job summary

Shopee in Jakarta is seeking a seasoned Strategy & Program leader to help propel business growth by identifying and implementing high-impact solutions across multiple verticals. You will own projects, drive strategic expansions, and deliver tangible outcomes through rigorous analysis and pragmatic execution.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of experience (consulting a plus), strong stakeholder communication, and a proven track record in handling complex data sets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, finance, marketing or related fields.
• 6+ years of working experience in any industry, additional experience in management consulting is a plus.
• Proven experience in strategic project management and/or people management.
• Ability to think creatively and communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with large scale data sets.
• Experience working with multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge in strategy, business development, supply chain, project management, marketing, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of working experience in any industry, and additional experience in management consulting would be a plus
• Ability to demonstrate strong experience in strategic project management and/or people management
• Ability to think creatively, identify, build support for innovative solutions and communicate complex ideas effectively
• Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with analyzing complex, large scale data sets
• Comfortable working with multiple projects and dealing with different stakeholders
• Solid functional knowledge in their own area of expertise (preferred experience includes, but is not limited to, strategy, business development, supply chain, project management, marketing, etc)
