Shopee in Jakarta is seeking a seasoned Strategy & Program leader to help propel business growth by identifying and implementing high-impact solutions across multiple verticals. You will own projects, drive strategic expansions, and deliver tangible outcomes through rigorous analysis and pragmatic execution.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of experience (consulting a plus), strong stakeholder communication, and a proven track record in handling complex data sets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, finance, marketing or related fields.
• 6+ years of working experience in any industry, additional experience in management consulting is a plus.
• Proven experience in strategic project management and/or people management.
• Ability to think creatively and communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with large scale data sets.
• Experience working with multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge in strategy, business development, supply chain, project management, marketing, etc.

• Work closely with senior management and be part of the team that drives Shopee's business growth through identifying and implementing solutions.
• Own and drive high-impact projects across variety of business verticals.
• Identify and create improvement or strategic expansion ideas specific to Shopee to maintain sustainability and competitive edge.
