Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Law, or related field.
• 2–4 years' experience in HR Admin, Payroll Specialist, HR Generalist, or HR Operations.
• Direct experience handling HR administration and payroll in agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, payroll calculations (PPh 21), and BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
• Excellent employee administration, attendance management, and documentation.
• Advanced Excel skills or HRIS/payroll systems experience.
• Good English communication for internal coordination and documentation.
• Detail-oriented with strict data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and securely manage employee master data, contracts, NDAs, attendance, leave, and personnel documents.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes with timely completion.
• Monitor daily attendance (check-ins/outs, lateness, leaves).
• Prepare monthly attendance and workforce reports for payroll and management review.
• Track workforce productivity against KPIs and performance indicators.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and confidentially within schedule.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions (PPh 21), and related components.
• Administer BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan contributions.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
