Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an HR Admin & Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end HR administration and monthly payroll in a Central Jakarta, Indonesia on-site role. You will handle onboarding/offboarding, employee records, attendance, BPJS contributions, and data-driven compensation insights.

The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of HR operations experience, strong Excel capabilities, familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations, and a high level of confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Law, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR Admin/Payroll experience in an agile environment.
• Direct experience handling HR administration and payroll.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables) or HRIS experience.
• Adequate English communication and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR administration, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and BPJS administration.
• Prepare HR and payroll reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
• Coordinate with external parties as needed.
