Job summary

ABB is seeking a seasoned Project Leader to oversee operations across local units in Indonesia, including project management, manufacturing, maintenance, procurement, and quality control. You will develop business action plans aligned with strategy and ensure adherence to health, safety, and integrity standards.

Qualifications

• Master or bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Accredited qualification in Business Management is an added advantage.
• 10+ years total engineering and project management experience, 5+ years in senior PM role.
• Strong leadership and business management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven track record delivering large projects in process industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team, establish execution approaches, and oversee planning, monitoring, and control for internal and external resources.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by adopting best practices and lessons learned; participate in internal/external PM groups.
• Lead project recovery efforts and rapid turnaround for troubled projects on behalf of the Local Division.
