Job summary

Qualifications

• Master or bachelor’s degree in engineering (required).
• Minimum 10 years of total engineering and project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role.
• Strong leadership and business management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience delivering complex solutions in Process Industries (Automation, Electrical, E-house, Digital Solutions).
• Experience delivering large projects in Process Industries; Southeast Asia experience preferred.
• Knowledge of solutions bundling (Process Electrification, Large E-houses, Automation Systems, Field Instruments, Power Management).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational aspects of local units, including project management, manufacturing, maintenance, procurement, quality, and planning.
• Develop business action plans aligned with division strategy and targets; ensure adherence to health, safety and integrity standards.
• Lead project teams, supervise execution planning, and monitor progress to achieve project goals.
